My Dear Parishioners of St. Gabriel the Archangel,

“That you may have the strength to comprehend with all the holy ones what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God”. (Eph 3:18-19)

Are you Formed? How well formed are you in your Catholic faith? There is so much length, height and depth to our Catholic faith, and truly the more you learn, the more you love. So, as we know more about God and His Church, we love God and His Church all the more.

It gives me great joy to share with you that our parish has a subscription to FORMED, a premier online platform filled with over 4,000 Catholic studies, movies, audio dramas, talks, e-books, and even cartoons for our children. I call it Catholic Netflix. FORMED has content from over 60 apostolates, including Augustine Institute, Ignatius Press, and the Knights of Columbus, with material that is professionally produced, engaging, and solid in its catechism. Best of all, this material is free to you.

Our school teachers are using it, and we as a parish will be using the material on FORMED to support our ministries and provide continuing faith formation for our parishioners, in various capacities and opportunities. But you also can use it from your own home.

You have easy access to all of the material on FORMED to support your own faith journey and that of your family members.

My hope and prayer is that the content on FORMED will enrich, deepen, and inspire your faith. Please pray for the people at the Augustine Institute who create this wonderful and much-needed Catholic content for our people.
