This ministry provides comfort and warmth to the grieving of our community.

The Bereavement/Funeral Ministry is the HAND OF GOD working its way to the weeping heart. A bereavement minister facilitates the many facets of funeral configuration in terms of liturgy preparation, rosary scheduling and mortuary connection. The death of a loved one is a stressful time. At St. Gabriel, we invite you to honor your loved one with a funeral service that will celebrate their life. Our mission is to help grieving families plan a beautiful and dignified celebration for their loved one.

Volunteers of our Parish Meals Ministry provide a simple meal, décor, and other basics for family members and their loved ones following a funeral liturgy.
